"Marshelle Ball inherited my account when my previous agent passed away a few years ago and I have never met her. I recently received 2 bills for my car insurance and called her for an explanation. She was not available but I spoke with a Ms Grimes and she was very friendly and professional and said she would contact the billing office and get back to me. Ms Grimes returned my call within an hour and explained what had occurred and to ignore one of the invoices (which was higher). I was extremely impressed with the speed and efficiency this matter was resolved, especially since I had never personally met anyone from that office and was not just a 'number'. I hope I don't need their help in the future but feel confident in their professional and friendly service."

"We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with State Farm Agent MARSHELLE BALL in Annapolis MD. SHE IS A STAR! We had an insurance “emergency”needing an agent and get a car insured in MD. We’d bought/registered a car in MD not realizing we had to have an insurance carrier in MD. When the state notified us we were breaking the law by having an out-of-state insurer, we panicked! Agent Ball got our car insured the day I called AND personally went to the DMV get us square with the state.
